About Me

 I reside in a rural area in California and my fees that I have stipulated is based not only on the time but the distance as well to and from the small rural communities that I service and other counties. 

During the winter months due to weather conditions certain areas I cannot service but call to inquire.

I do accept EDOCS only small loan packages for both Lender/Borrower docs. no more then 50pgs. or a fee will apply of $1.00 per page. I have been doing Edocs for 5yrs. and have experienced difficulties in receiving Edocs in a timely manner.Upon acceptance of Edocs if not received within 2hrs. a fee of $25 per hour will be charged.
