Service Fees

Florida statutes authorize a Notary Public to charge up to $10.00  per Oath or Affirmation, Acknowledgement, Jurat, VIN Verification.   PLEASE NOTE:  Florida Statutes further provide for a reasonable travel fee as agreed  upon between the Notary Public and the Signer.   Service area for general notary assignments is limited to Columbia County and a minimum $25 travel fee applies.

Fees for Loan Signing Services vary on a case-by-case basis and are based upon the location of the signing (distance traveled), type of loan (single refi, reverse mortgage, first and concurrent second), volume of loan package and time required to complete the signing;  please call for quote.
